TELUS Rise & Shine lets you wake up to the sounds of our TELUS critters, your favorite song, or even a pre-recorded video message, so your loved ones will always be close by. And for those who need a little extra push in the morning, you can set multiple alarms to help get you there on time. We’ve also included a special interactive counting game to help you fall asleep.

• Make sure your phone is not locked and the app is open and running on screen.
• Turn up the volume on your phone, especially if you’re a heavy sleeper
• Make sure your phone is not set on silent or do not disturb (We only have your best interest at heart.)
