For security reasons and to protect the rights of our content partners Sky Go is not supported on any device where limitations included within the device operating system have been removed or tampered with (aka rooting).

How do I sign in?
All you need to start enjoying Sky Go is a Sky iD username and password which you can set up at skygo.com/signup.
How much does Sky Go cost?
Sky Go is available to Sky TV customers at no extra cost but what you will be able to watch depends on your Sky TV subscription. You can register two devices and watch on both at the same time.
What are the streaming requirements?
During the first few seconds of streaming Sky Go will identify your bandwidth and begin to stabilise. We recommend a minimum continuous bandwidth of 500Kb per second to access high quality streams.
What are the handset requirements?
Sky Go is supported on the following Android smartphones running on 2.2 & 2.3 operating systems: HTC Desire, HTC Desire S, HTC Desire HD, HTC Incredible, HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation XE, Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy S II.
Please note that if existing Sky Go users with V2.2 or 2.3 choose to upgrade to V4.0 they will not be able to stream content through the Sky Go app until the operating system can be fully supported.
The service is only available in the UK and ROI. Mobile network and/or Wi-Fi charges may apply. Contact your Network Operator for further information.
