At Reality Fitness, we believe in preparing the body to be able to react and function better so that every client will be more efficient and effective in any environment or situation. So we have put together a motivating fitness team with one of a kind programs and workouts to maximize results for every client who trains.

About Patrick Nelson:

​Patrick C. Nelson is a national fitness and exercise specialist, as well as a nutrition and body fat loss expert. For over eight years, Patrick has been serving both wellness wanting consumers as well as fitness professionals through his training and programs in coaching them to go from where they are to enjoying ultimate health. Clients initially come to Patrick seeking weight loss and ultimately reclaiming their lives by gaining energy, improving strength, building new found confidence, reducing pain, eliminating medication and as a beautiful side effect, achieving the body they desire.

In the fitness industry, Patrick is the proud owner of Reality Fitness, a mobile personal training company where Patrick manages fitness trainers that are passionate about leading clients to their goals and needs. Patrick has also provided health and wellness advice for several radio stations and magazines.

His mission is to help others reach their goal at full potential so they can live a healthier and joyful life.
