Description

Welcome to AppKey! AppKey unlocks the premium (paid) version of participating apps and shows you nearby money-saving deals right on your home screen.

Once you install AppKey and place the widget on your home screen, the widget will display money-saving deals from local merchants on your home screen. Once AppKey is correctly installed, all AppKey-network apps will automatically run in unlocked (paid) mode. You can enjoy more levels and puzzles on your favorite games, and more features on your productivity apps.

Here’s how to start using AppKey:
1) Install the app
2) Place the AppKey widget on your home screen. If you haven’t used widgets before, note that steps to access the widget menu varies by phone. Here are some common methods:
– Hold your finger on the home screen for 1-2 seconds and menu appears in the center of the screen
– Hold your finger on the home screen for 1-2 seconds and scrolling menu appears at the bottom of the screen
– Locate the widgets tab in the applications screen
3) When the menu appears, select Widgets
4) Select AppKey from the list and drag it to the top of the home screen
5) Verify that it snaps in to place
6) Click the red key to activate the widget, the key will turn green when it connects
7) Launch your apps (that participate with AppKey) and enjoy the premium (paid) version for free!

To learn more about any deals shown on AppKey, simply touch the deal and a detail page will appear. AppKey partners with major deal providers like Groupon, Yelp, and Restaurant.com to offer thousands of money saving deals near you. See a deal from your favorite restaurant? Buy it right from your phone, walk in, show your confirmation email and save money. It’s that simple.

Legal Stuff:
By clicking the “Accept & Download” button, you are accepting the AppKey license agreement. Your privacy is important to us, as you can see from our privacy policy, and the only permissions we will use are accepted on download (and can be found in Settings > Applications > Manage Applications on your device). Your use of the AppKey widget is not a license to AppKey or any other app, it is a temporary agreement which allows you to access premium content while the AppKey widget is installed and the green key is enabled. Please keep AppKey on your primary home screen to ensure it stays enabled, and to enjoy the many deals offered by local merchants. Opting-out of AppKey is as easy as removing the widget from your home screen, however, this will revert App Key apps to the free version and you will lose access to premium features.
