Description

This Quality and Donor Suitability Workshop will be educational and interactive, providing the attendee with a better understanding of not only significant steps involved with donor screening, but also how to effectively implement a quality program. Popular roundtable discussions on hot topics are planned, and challenging quality management and donor case studies will be discussed in an open forum. Audience participation and learning from each other is expected!

This program is designed for tissue bank specialists; eye bank technicians; quality assurance staff; physicians who are medical directors and/or pathologists; physician specialists (e.g., orthopedic surgeons, burn surgeons, eye surgeons) who rely on the use of tissue in patient care and treatment; nurses; as well as other health care professionals.
