CareStart application function is including:
A. New reminder (Setting the reminders, such as taking reminder or revisit reminder, and it also added to medicine group to users in convenience.)
B. Side-effects Record (It is recording the time, symptom and strength. Otherwise, it can take pictures as a reference of revisit or dressing.)
C. Medicine history (It can record the results of taking medicine to trace in convenience every times.))
D. Examine report (It can record the examine results to trace in convenience every times.)
E. Physical condition (Using the examine results in a series time to show by chart, and it can let us understand of the situation.)
F. Care information（It can enter the data of doctors, nurses, case managers, and social workers, and contact information.）
G. News subscribe（Provide the information by subscription.）
H. SOS (It can contact to the emergency person quickly.)
I. Hospital information (It can watch the hospital location and contact information everywhere.)
