Self Meditation is the essence of all the meditation techniques i have learned and studied. It contains the essence of what i have found to be the most effective method of connecting with your inner self. Based on the concept of connecting with your conscious awareness through touch, taming the constant flow of thoughts and bring about a deeper experience of meditation. I have spent 14 years meditating, 8 years of which were spent with a spiritual teacher renowned around the world.
