Description

“EDOCToken allows you to authorize in secure way the on-line transaction made with EDOC e-Banking. The app installed on your smartphone enable you to generate a password that can be used only once (OTP – One Time Password) in order to authorize the outbound transactions (e.g. payments) allowed by EDOC e-Banking. With EDOCToken you never need anymore another security device.

Once installed, you have to register using the initial username and personal password that has been given to your person. Next, the application ask you to create and confirm a personal identification number (PIN) composed by 5 digits that you will use to access the application; as further security measure, a flag of a country (linked to the PIN you choose) will be shown to you. From that moment on, in order to access the EDOCToken, you will have to use the PIN number you have defined and confirm that the flag shown on the screen is the same shown during the registration process.
Only after the authentication made with PIN you can generate OTP codes needed to authorize outbound transaction from EDOC e-Banking; for security reasons, every generated password is valid only for 30 seconds.”
