Introducing My Account, an easy-to-use app that lets you manage your consumer mobility account from your smartphone (not available for business accounts).
Features for postpaid consumer accounts:
• Monitor your monthly data, text or voice usage
• Check your account balance
• Make payments by signing up for pre-authorized payment
• Change your add-on features
• Manage your Favourite Numbers list
Features for prepaid accounts:
• Check your account balance
• Top-up your prepaid services using a credit card or PIN
• Change your features
Plus, you won’t be charged data fees when using it, even while travelling abroad with a 4G (HSPA) device.
We’ll continue to bring updates to the app including adding exciting new features. Our next update will improve how usage is displayed, showing you how much you’ve used against your monthly voice and data plan.
