At its core, FirstLoop is an SMS-based private-social app that allows users to coordinate with their trusted network of family and friends for group messaging, invites, carpools, rides, parties, etc. What is private-social? Unlike Twitter or Facebook messaging, our system is setup where your friends get notified via text right away and can text back quickly to coordinate and thank each other.

For example, you send out a group request for a ride or pick-up and we take care of the coordination through texts. Rather than wading through a number of different responses, our service catches the first positive reply and allows you to confirm them. You can thank them by sending a $5 Starbucks card or by returning the favor. It’s that easy.
