Description
Ready4Emergency – Emergency Preparedness, Safety, Survival and Health.
Ready4Emergency is Always Best!
Ready4Emergency is a simple, free, application built with the online AppsGeyser application development service for web content. Ready4Emergency is based on web widgets, RSS feeds, websites and HTML.
The application is designed to provide useful, current web content, that’s uniquely customized and selected, pertaining to emergency preparedness, survival, safety and health.
One important feature of the application is the Ready4Emergency Community Portal where registered users can participate in calendars, links, FAQs, contacts, downloads, galleries, quizzes, news, forums, chat and much more.
Information is aggregated from numerous sources including FEMA, ICS, CDC, Homeland Security, Ready.gov and numerous other sources. In addition, RSS links from selected news services like Yahoo, Reuters and CNN have been included.
Links have been included for well known and top suppliers of emergency preparedness gear, food, information and tips. In addition some links provide click-to-call functionality that will start the dialer on mobile phones for quick and direct access to these merchants. This is useful for questions, support and fast ordering. Authorized affiliate marketing links may also be included.
Ready4Emergency is heavily dependent on numerous sources, services and servers and requires an active internet connection. For the most part Ready4Emergency will function as designed but have a bit of patience with the little app especially after an initial installation or upgrade.
Since the application was generated using the AppsGeyser service, there is limited possibility for feature modifications at this time.
Enjoy!
