      downloaded the Optik Smart Remote App on  my Playbook. Getting the error message “the application Optik tv (process com.winit.optiktvhd) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again”. When I hit the force close button app closes. When I attempt again – get the same message

      downloads as an apk file not a bar file, help!

      when I start the app it says “google play services: google play services, which some of your applications rely on, is not supported by your device. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance.” Then none of the movies load. Doesn’t seems to work, or am I doing something wrong?

      On my Z10 when the
      download is complete a red exclamation mark replaces the circular timer in the
      left hand column and under the “static” column it says “500 Entry-Point-Type” anyone know what this means?

      The keyboard crashes… Im not sure why so the app wont load on BB Playbook
